​Support staff volunteers assist with running camp. This includes assisting with check in/check out, moving and organizing supplies, decorating, set up of tables and chairs, set up and running activities, snack prep, camp clean up, emptying and packing up camp shed and assisting camp directors as needed. Support staff have a lot of fun during the week!

Counselor in Training


Counselors in training (CIT) is a volunteer position for high school students who are going into their senior year of high school and are at least 16 years old.  CITs and counselors will accompany campers to their daily activities and games. The CIT program is for students under 18 years of age and will provide students the opportunity to foster leadership skills, responsibility, and experience working with children. CITs meet daily with Camp Kydnie's Staff Director as part of the program. 

Support Staff

 Counselors are assigned to a specific cabin age group. Counselors accompany campers on their daily activities and have tons of fun supervising and joining in on activities! The average camp day is jam-packed full of fun with daily activities and games. Camp Kydnie Counselors can expect to be on their feet with campers for most of the day and should be physically able to keep up with the demands of the camp schedule.  

Counselors are 18+  years of age (21+ in the teens cabin) .
